Upper Canada College, 200 Lonsdale Rd., is in the heart of Toronto, just north of the intersection at Avenue Road and St. Clair Avenue West.

 

 

 

Driving from the airport

The College is 30 minutes from Pearson International Airport. Take Highway 409 east to Highway 401 east; exit Highway 401 at Avenue Road (Highway 11a). Drive south on Avenue Road five kilometres to Kilbarry Road. Turn right on Kilbarry and make the first left onto Forest Hill Road. Turn into the first driveway on the left, the entrance to Upper Canada College. Watch for the tall Clock Tower!

Driving from downtown Toronto

Drive north on University Avenue (which becomes Avenue Road north of Bloor Street). Continue north on Avenue Road to St. Clair Avenue. Turn left (west) onto St. Clair, and then make the first right onto Forest Hill Road. After crossing Lonsdale Road, turn right into the UCC driveway. Watch for the tall Clock Tower!

Via public transport

Obtain a transfer and then take the subway to the St. Clair station (on the Yonge Street line). From within the station, take a streetcar west to Avenue Road. Leave the streetcar and walk to the bus stop at the northeast corner of Avenue Road and St. Clair. Take the bus north to Lonsdale Road, cross the street and walk onto the UCC property. Alternatively, you can walk north from St. Clair, along Avenue Road, and will reach UCC in about five minutes.

Alternatively, from the St. Clair West subway station (on the University line), take a streetcar (from within the station) eastbound to Avenue Road and follow the transfer directions above.

Driving to Norval Outdoor School?

From Highway 401, drive west of Toronto. Exit at Winston Churchill Blvd. northbound. Follow Winston Churchill Blvd. North to Highway 7 into the town of Norval (fourth set of lights north of Highway 401). Continue 1.3 km from this intersection along Winston Churchill. The entrance is on the left at the crest of a small hill. Continue past the white house at the entrance and follow the driveway to the end. Please note: We cannot accommodate drop-in visits. All visits must be pre-arranged with UCC employees.
