Social media is a great way to expand your circles. But nothing beats face to face. That's why mentorship is invaluable in a young person’s life. Mentors are like your own personal life coaches. Increase your self-confidence. Enhance your ability to overcome obstacles, make decisions and realize goals.

Common Ties is a vibrant network of UCC students, Old Boys, parents and friends. The ability to connect mentors with less experienced mentees to guide their professional, personal and educational growth is at the heart of it all.

Our mission? To facilitate mentoring relationships between students, alumni and community members and develop skills and expertise to excel in all areas of life.
