Increase your self-confidence. Enhance your ability to overcome obstacles, make decisions and realize goals.

Common Ties is a vibrant network of UCC students, Old Boys, parents and friends. The ability to connect mentors with less experienced mentees to guide their professional, personal and educational growth is at the heart of it all.

Our mission? To facilitate mentoring relationships between students, alumni and community members and develop skills and expertise to excel in all areas of life.
